Unfortunately real life is not so easy, every shitty project we are in at work we dont get to bail because WE think its the right thing to do Harshita... real life and corporate world is quite unforgiving
She is not breaking any rules or making special concessions for Excelsior, how ever poor a product may be you owe your allegiance to the employer... quitting would be a very knee jerk short term solution, the kluge software is not her problem... they have to do the best they can to fix the issues
NO company would pull a product off its shelf because they misjudged a few steps
Yes, you they can retire it, in this case not deploy on a company this size until they figure it all out
Her quitting would be very filmy and dramatic... plus she needs the money and she wants to be a Director... burning her bridges with Gurtej Bally and Bansal is not the wisest thing to do.
If I put myself in her shoes, I am struggling to write my resume explaining why I dumped a project when it became "difficult"... future employers want to see resilience and collaboration, conflict resolution skills
