Nice gesture but will raman cry out so much for loss of Job? May be it involves both Romi & Mr. Iyyers appointment. In both the cases, Raman is the one who appointed them to job and now the theft whether it befalls on Mr. Iyyer or Mr. Romi Bhall, it directly implies on Raman' sposition. May be at the moment he is not aware of Romi's involvement and so can't prove Mr. Iyyer innocent even if he quit his job. So must be out of guilt he is crying for putting Mr. Iyyer in that position of thief.
