i think it was writer mistake ...once they should see epi before airing it...in next part they said only shagun...these mistake should be avoided...

YHM writers dont believe in marriage/divorce ... they consider a woman as wife if she have kids with the man.

So, shagun being adi's mom is Mrs RKB and ishita being Ruhi's mom is Mrs RKB... simple

I have said this before also in some other threads that Ishita is ready to share Raman with Shagun but not Ruhi. 😆 thats why she didn't corrected the teacher. 😛

she isnt Bhalla, after the divorce...all these times they were calling her Shagun Arora...

and yes, Toshi shouldve questioned her bt that mummyji thing long time back...now she is trying to get in shagun's good books...but earlier when she used to glare at shagun but accepted shagun calling her mummyji...that is so irritating

😆 ... Ishita toh confusion ki dukaan hai ...but that teacher specifically said Ms. Shagun Bhalla...

maybe all these names etc doesnt matter to Ishita, just like how those khandaani earrings didnt matter 😉
