My prediction

Raman is involve with mihika to expose ashok and that's why he commented word like second hand baccha. Though it was for adi may be it was for mihika plan too. After second hand baccha dialogue mihika took this pregnancy trick. Raman mihika will expose ashok and reveal truth in front of all and that's why he didn't want mihir to leave country and he was pissed at ishita. And ashok will be angry with raman mihika and shagun adi will be back to ashok and ashok will use adi against Raman. Raman will choose ishita over adi and it increase hated in adi mind and ashok will use that

Without any one of ishra involvement mihika expose to ashok won't have any impact and ashok won't be angry on ishra. Ashok directly attack on raman and I feel raman will involve in this matter
