Ishita in her last birth must have been a missionary who came down to India and served the downtrodden.Taught them hygiene,gave medicines,taught them to read and write,team spirit,forgiveness and kindness. Now that memory accompanied her into this birth.In independent India's pluralistic,,secular,democratic society made up of hundreds of colours,faiths,beliefs and customs nobody's missionary zeal can work for long.Everybody thinks forthemself by right bestowed by the Constitution. So Ishita satisfies this British gene of hers by tolerating the most bizarre human
relationships on the ground of her maternal hormones which are working overtime,her recognition of the biological part of motherhood,her thankfulness to this biological part which brought two children into the world and therefore she who cannot conceive got expression and found the best husband in Raman because of his broken relationship.
