I agree. It's not about being secure in marriage. Being possessive of one's husband doesn't make one insecure. Raman may be devoted to her, but Shagun is untrustworthy. Even the Goddesses of our puranas never behaved like Ishita did. Satyabhama, the third wife of Krishna, was possessive of him and did not like it when he spent time with his other wives. Even Goddess Sita felt pain when she heard news that Lord Ram was performing the Ashvamedha yagna, because it meant he had to take another wife. Only after learning that he kept her golden statue in the place of his wife did she become appeased.

The Goddesses of Hinduism were more possessive of their husbands than Ishita is. Come on Ishita, show your anger and possessiveness to Shagun. It doesn't make you a bad person!
