In fact, they seem even more compatible than Shagun and Ashok. I think it's because Ashok would usually cater to Shagun's whims while Suraj always just tells her how it is

Yeah that what I meant...
Anita fans want to see Karan paired up with Anita as raman and shagun so hence voted
and also lately some people might have voted for raman as lately they are bashing raman thinking he deserves bad only in name of shagun 🤢 😆
