alimony issues!!!

for all these days shagun was not shown as getting alimony from raman...
only after suraj's entry they raised financial issues...
like school fees...
very often they raises the same issues like school fees...
but shagun's life style is vey high...
will she raise the alimony issues???
like approach court for this...
claim more from raman...
like quoting his high status value???
another financial torture on the way...

For all these years it was not raised for a simple reason, the divorce happened only recently and not 6 years back. A wife can ask for Alimony only after divorce and Suraj entered the scene immediately after the divorce and their (Ashok & Shagun's) wedding plan. By entering the scene he pressurized Ashok not to pay the school fee and that is when Raman gave her the money to pay Adi's school fee. When she got the divorce, Ashok was with her and she had not thought of any alimony as she was 100% sure about Ashok taking care of her and her son as his own son which Ashok was doing for the last 6 years.

Its not compulsory,right. Shagun asked for divorce. I think she wouldn't have asked for alimony.

The fact is now Shagun can approach court and request for reconsideration as her marriage is broken and she has no financial support. She can quote Ashok's statement in family court.

If she shows her financial status is less she indirectly proves she is not in complete state to look after Adi.
