Same here, i could never drink a glass of milk like that. I'd throw up IMMEDIATELY !

Milk can be used as an anti-acid for the stomach, and since stress increases the production of gastric acid my the stomach, milk CAN be helpful during stress moments but nowadays there are better way to help then gulping down gallon of milk. Here.
