Okay I am trying to forget that there was not one sensible conversation between Raman and Ishita after Raman losing his mind over the Mani-Ishu friendship. No talks, no clearing of misunderstanding, or nothing. It almost seemed like Mani-Ishu scenes and Raman's drunken anger took place in a parallel world. Fine, CVs can move on... so can I.
The latest On Location Video shows bits of Raman telling his woes to Bala in the usual "meta friend" way. A very crucial and logical conversation going on with Raman in total confusion on how to take his relationship forward. Bala is the most sensible guy Raman can run after Mihir. Ishita looks up to her juju and adores him so it was quite logical for Raman to run for help to Bala. But what does Bala do, give him a packet of condoms. The same guy who could in an instant find out what was going on in Ishita's or Raman's mind. The same mature guy who could give a solution for every problem. That same guy goes out to give a condom for Raman's problem.
I feel this is a very deliberate step taken by CVs to show a sudden progress in IshRa relationship foreshadowing Shagun's interference in their life and trying to keep the audience hooked in the name of impending confession. What I see as ek teer mein do nishaan. CVs are trying to hype the Shagun drama by luring the audience into a maybe confession. It's what I call a calm before the storm! 😆
Today's engagement sealing the deal and Raman taking a promise that Ishita will never leave him definitely foreshadows IshRa's turbulent times ahead. And coming back to the condom scene with Bala, shows that there is going to be drama and no confession. Taking a plunge into physical relation from a friendship all of sudden seems too amateurish from an ideal point of view. There were no real passionate hugs or signs of intimacy from them and all of a sudden Raman agreeing to carry what is normally considered taboo by a Indian soap bahu. The sudden too good to be true dialogues from Raman and the almost intimate dance from Ishita after such a huge storm that passed doesn't feel like the normal pace. It only seems like there is more misunderstandings on the cards for the future.
So coming back to what I began this topic for... are CVs heading towards another Ishita's "Chee Raman... aap itne ghatiya insaan hain?" with further troubles cropping up or will Ishita be able to see through Raman's act and realize his genuine intentions behind it? CVs don't take a wrong call... it's going to cost you badly...
