abhi that is upto the Company to decide na whether they want to retain the uniqueness of their product to hold onto their old customers or compromise in order to lure the new customers who by the way r not loyal towards their product and can anyday switch to any other product. 😆 So in order to lure new customers, they r compromising over the uniqueness of their product to what extent they r going to do so they need to think 😉
