Firstly, it was mentioned Shagun is the lost pyari behna of mihir in the newspaper also it was Shagun picture now suddenly I mean overnight thing changed it is Sanjana...

I am sure Sanjana is acting for Shagun and Parmeet 😡 Shagun is Mihir's sister but Sanjana might be the smallest one and she is playing along has told by Parmeet and Shagun 🤬 Poor Ishita 😒 She isn't aware what trap she is about to fall in 😒😲😭

I am sure Sanjana is not Mihir's sister. Param and Shagun are surely playing with Ishita by giving her the last name as Arora. Because clearly, Poornima doesn't recognize Sanjana. But I don't see Shagun's motive to do all this drama and confuse Ishita. What would she gain by distracting Ishita with Sanjana? Confusing indeed.

Sanjana wasn't convincing there. I think she is a mere pawn in the game played by the Aroras with the help of Param.

Sanjana is fake, someone is making her act as Mihirs sister in front of Ishita. Might be Param.

But it is clear from precap that she is not the real sister

I think sanjana can't be pure imagination because Raman paused a second when Ishita asked about sanjana arora. we already seen that Ishita and mihika conversation. may be param also heard it and makes plan to show sanjana is mihir's sister (Ishita doesn't know that shagun is person who in the picture, so using that photo to show her as sister without making any doubts about their act. once Ishita got in this, do you think that will she bring this photo matter in every conversation. I don't think so. so it seems like double acting as sanjana and shagun). but I can't understand what will param get. is it revenge over IshRa or salary from shagun.

May be she'0s here to confusing Ishita.. but the latter must ask her tomorrow why she sent the letter to registrar to stop Mihir wedding if really, she's searching for him and she does not know his whereabouts...
