I think Shagut is trying to win back her family to prove to Suraj that newspaper article was fake ..Maybe she is Shagun's sister and she has called her back in town ...

Guess like many others have pointed out shagun and sanjana are mihir's sisters ..that explains why sanjana ran away when she saw raman ... she's not a random arora ...somehow she is linked to the bhallas ...

also shagun is the cheap one to stop mihir's marriage..

only question is who is poornima then? she isn't just a random famous cook ..because she seems to have special interest in ruhi ..!! .if she's shagun's mom then she pretended to not know sanjana ...why all that????

Maybe poornima is shagun n mihir mom n sanjana is daughter of some random girl but all of them have the same dad

sorry to pipein,,,😊 but i think mihir, shagun and sanjana are siblings and their mother is someone else not poorima prakash, she is mother of raman n first wife of omprakash bhalla.

Could be absolutely true in a way...since her name is Poornima "PRAKASH" ex wife of Om "PRAKASH"??? but than why is she so interested in Ruhi and not Raman or anyone else. Lets say if she was Shagun's mom than why is she not keeping any relations with ADI or Shagun. Either she supported Shagun than has relationship with them or she supported Mihir as mihir was against Shagun...she would have been on someone's side. And than this random Sanjana? She is also Arora...so she can definitely be related to Mihir as his sister or something as Mihir is Aorora and we have already concluded Shagun is Mihir's sister. So Sanjana and Shagun are connected to Mihir but confusion on this Poornima Prakash lady whose last name is not Arora and with Mrs. Bhalla getting mad at her and saying stay away from my DIL I am really confused on all the dynamics. Interesting to see how it all unfolds, I hope I am not dissapointed.

First reason :PP is a writer. Most writers change their name. She could have decided to leave out the Arora altogether from her surname.

Second: She remarried & Prakash is her second husband's name.

Third: Prakash cud be her maiden name.

according to a sub segment few days ago, where toshiji was shouting at PP, in the following interview she said, that she was angry with PP, who was her samdan once-so i think its clear, that she is shogun's mother
