I think maybe suraj has fallen in love with ishitha or taking revenge on her, but i feel he has fallen for her so that is the reason he wants to breakup shagun and ashok so that she goesback to raman and create drift b/w raman and ishitha.

i don't think that he has fallen for ishita at all. I'm not even sure he remembers about her right now ! But i wouldn't be surprised if in the future he falls for her !
