Well.. Raman helped Ishita @ her root canal surgery..her patient was V.I.P. ie suraj khanna ( Ashok's brother)
Suraj misbehaved with ishita and thus arugument went between raman and suraj...
suraj filed false complaint against ishita.. and ashok and suraj demands Raman's presidenship Of some delhi association.. And raman willingly provide the same...
ishita got to know about raman's sacrifice and now will be on mission to get back ramans presidntship before ashok could Acquire it...
As pr spoilers.. she will able to suceed in her mission!
