Ishu,a lady with full of life though she ws in atmost distress and grief made Raman,who was full of himself and had no faith in life and relationships ,capable of admiring the finer things of life...and on the other hand the same sour man filled the void in her life with happyness and sweetness...yeahh ofcourse this story may sound like a common love story...but what made it fall apart from other shows?? I wud say the writers showed thier relationship with sheer naturality...their relationship grew with the help of the day to day moments that each one of us can relate with, in our lives...and this genuinety and originality give YHM its charm and magic...❤️

Today u've not BBB'd ISHRA which is Gud coz Dono ko realist ion toh hua hai but ek dusre k Saamne accept karna baki hai 😆 Ishita's life was filled wid lot of sourness her love ditched her at d moment when she badly needed her n also failed adoption had broken her badly. I think she didn't think much about herself when she married Raman she just wanted to b with Ruhi, but slowly she started observing the real Man behind those layers of Rudeness and arrogance. Ya I also noticed those tears when Toshiji said that tu mere puttar k zindagi mein pehle kyu nahi aayi... But I guess ki whatvr happens.. Happens for Gud u never know what kind of marriage that wud b if they were married before esp given her condition of not conceiving ya I know Raman wud not have said anything to Ishu but inlaws wud still hv pressurized...(I just gave her condition just as n example I hv full faith in Ekta Mata she will show Ishra baby in future 😆 ).
Coming to Ramans failed marriage I guess it was not a marriage coz only he was trying to make it a marriage whereas shagun was just interested in materialistic pressures. He is truly married to Ishita only who cares for him n his family who understands him n accepts him the way he is! She said mujhe Khadoos kumar pasand hai ... Yaha p forum p kittne logone galiyan di ki Raman is not a Gud husband but Ishita likes him just d way he his 😳 😆 all in all will end wid beautiful song

That first scene with Ishita getting Ruhi ready and Raman looking on, one of my favorite moments of the whole epi because they looked like such a perfect family there and they are one. What had started with 'Ruhi Ke Liye' as a deal has now turned into a fully fledged marriage. One which is a partnership in the truest sense. When one of them is hurt or even slightly troubled, the other feels the pain, what greater sign of love is there but that?

I think if we go back episode by episode, you can point the gradual changes in Raman one by one. It was a slow process because before being able to fall in love, let alone love but before being able to trust again, he needed to heal. He needed something/someone to close those old wounds and make him feel the goodness in him exists still.

This line, so so true and exactly what I'm talking about. In trying to take revenge, to get back at those who hurt him, Raman turned like them. He became ruthless, unfeeling, and whatever feelings that came into view, he took it as a weakness and suppressed it with greater force. But finally, he found the one that healed him: Ishita. Just like medicine sometimes tastes bitter but ultimately make you feel better, Ishita was a thorn in his side, someone he couldn't stand but had to if only for his daughter. I guess he didn't know it then but Ishita had already become the driving force behind the change in him. She got him reunited with his daughter, made him realize Ruhi was his flesh and blood and he deserved her love as much as Ruhi deserved his, enough for him to want to fight for Ruhi. Ishita was basically the one to crack down those barriers and re-acquaint him with the man he really was, someone capable of love and care, in short of feelings. And he realized way back, when Ishita talked about it being hard to forget your first love and he felt that pang of jealousy, that she was no longer only Ruhi's mom but his wife. No wonder he's so protective and possessive of her, she's the light which drove away the darkness from his world and he knows that he needs her now and forever.

Time and again Ishita proves to him that she's different from Shagun. Not that he compares, like he told her, she's not even worth Ishita's nail. Raman hasn't gone back to the guy he was before Shagun, that's not really possible and I don't even want that. Where before he had been the sweet trusting guy whose every word oozed love and attention for his wife, here even his love comes with gruffness and that's infinitely more beautiful and touching. How? Life has since then taught him too much, broken him down, has made him used to gauging people before he hands out his trust. Which is why his love for Ishita is infinitely stronger and more precious because despite all that, she has earned that trust, worked his way through his heart, made her place there permanent so that he knows nothing can steal her away. His gruffness-interlaced love is just a sign of how sure he is of her place in his life. He doesn't need to sweet talk her to keep her happy. She's happy with him just like that. Isi liye toh he keeps saying she deserves kharoos kumar, not because she does but because he knows him being kharoos or not doesn't affect Ishita's view of him. She might berate him always for being mean but she doesn't think he is mean, as indicated by her smile whenever she says so.

How cute was he calling those people to show her sarees and wait for her for two hours to select one? It was just his way of showing how much he appreciated her keeping that vrat for him. He was pleased and yet the concern about her staying hungry had him anxious for her to come and eat the apple. Aw, RKB, there's no one better than you is there?❤️ And he told her not to choose Kanjivaram, lol! Kya hua Raman? Ab tak bade madrasan madrasan bol rahe the, now suddenly telling her she's a punjaban and should look like one? Muah just for that!😛😳

And Ishita! I don't think Ishu looking beautiful yesterday had anything to do with her dressing up. That constant smile on her face, the happiness so clearly visible in her eyes, the fact that she now feels complete, the beauty, the glow came from that more than anything else. When she admitted she was doing it for Raman, there was no hiding her feelings there. She was the wife of Raman Kumar Bhalla and everything that can do good for him, however minute, she is ready to do. The way she was praying for his success in the pooja, her face so alight with faith. Her every action speaks of her love. She took less time than Raman to heal, even though her pain was no less, because she had Ruhi before but with Raman, all the remnants from her past were put to rest. Like you said, everything now starts and ends with him. Raman has surprised her at every turn and keeps surprising her. She realised his worth long back but the little things he keeps doing, they again and again remind her he'll never cease to do that just like yesterday when he thought of gifting her the saree.

She hasn't undergone fewer changes than Raman. She who has always been an independent woman, with Raman, she lets go simply because she can. The trust and love she feels for him makes her capable of completely relying on him, knowing he'll make things right. With everything she lets him do for her, she acknowledges the right Raman has on her. And just the same way, everything she does for him is acknowledging the right she has on Raman. The simple act of wanting him to choose the saree for her is just another example of that.

It's amazing how attuned they are to each other. I saw that again when Ishita lied that she would eat something so that that he would go. She could have outright told him she wasn't going to break her fast but she knows Raman, he would have argued and bugged her to eat. She knew the only way to reassure him was to lie and settled for that. That little gesture of keeping her mouth shut, it was soo cute, lol! As if it were a secret between them, one of paramount importance.❤️

You know these two are such competing souls! Like they have to outdo one another in how much they can do for the other. 😳 Ishita keeps a vrat and Raman can't stand it, he has to bring the saree shop to the house, not only that Mr RKB also needs her license back at any cost on the day. The score was 1-2 last night and will keep switching between them forever because they are just that much dhakkans in love. And I love them for that!😳

This becomes one of my most fav posts and the song is just so perfect again! Loved it!❤️

Wonderful post Nikki. I know all your posts are heart-felt and emotional. But this was beyond anything you've previously posted. You have deeply analysed the change in their relationship on the basis of just one episode. I LOVED this post. 👏

Some key points which I would like to highlight from your post:

- Ishita has always been able to identify the sweetness in Raman: Although some of it is because of her nature alone, the major contribution here is her equation with Raman. Beneath all the 'acidity' of his remarks, she's always understood his actions

- Her self-talk about the vrat she was doing for Raman is such an eye-opener. And its something we have never seen her do before. She's never said out loud that he means something to her. something more than plain association as Ruhi's parents

- "From snatching away to sacrificing" - You know what, when I told you guys about having an idea this morning. This was it. I wanted to make a post on how Raman's actions have changed. and just like how the 2 women in his life are different, the actions they triggered are also contrasting. At the last minute I changed my mind, and wrote Ishita ramblings, but I was super happy to read this section of your post. I couldnt have analysed it better!👏

- Raman has finally understood what real happiness means, and why nothing (like awards and posts) compares with what he wants for his wife... he's not just understood it, but also acknowledged it!!!

You wonderfully described the journey of two hurt and lonely individuals from strangers to companions and finally to soul mates. I think this is the only show on Indian TV that is showcasing the relationships in such a deep and mature way.

From the day Ishita and Raman met, it was always "Ruhi ke liye" and honestly I admired both of them for their selfless devotion to everyone around them. But even though they got together for ruhi and their families, at heart they were all alone. The slow progression of their relationship from distrust to trust, from dislike to friendship, from "ruhi ke liye" to "tumhare liye", and from you and me to us has been so amazing and was the highlight of yesterday's episode.

Ishita keeping that nirjala vrat for Raman (with a smile on her face) and Raman giving up his most prized position (with a smile on his face), all because they wanted to see the other smile is what love is all about. And I loved the way Raman hit his head when he was smiling watching Ishita happy, as if to say "dude you are in big trouble now" (the best kind of trouble - true love)

I have to add that it is a pleasure to watch KP and DT showcasing these characters because without them this show wouldn't be half as magical as it is now.

It is all about conviction. No one would like to watch Raman's past in fbs though. But any viewer would get bowled over with yesterday's CVs way of showing the fb scene. He spoke his heart to his second wife about his first wife. It conveyed the level of understanding these two matured individuals have. He shared a secret of first married life with her with not much difficulty. There was not even a little bit of jealousy in her provoked by him as she felt of no need of it. He has MOVED ON and she has realised it.
Really, this part was very beautifully scripted.

If at all he had to gift Ishu with anything, his mom must have told him by now. But she didnt means there is no such ritual. And, why he chose to gift her a saree of her choice. If its for his mom's rant, he could just hand over her with anything. But no, throughout he was complaining about his precious time getting wasted but yet he chose to wait till she picked up a saree of her choice. Why Raman, WHY??? Coz HER SMALLEST OF HAPPINESS IS HIS BIGGEST HAPPINESS. So we shouldnt get surprised if her career issue matters him the most than his own.

ISHU BABY, so much improvement in her. He was talking about his ex, but she didnt get angry. As what she wanted from her hubby, she started getting; he trusts her to share all his secret of his first marriage without hurting her, he cares for her, he showers her with his love, all that what she felt was missing during Amma case. So she is READY to accept she can do anthing for her husband.

He can sacrifice anything for her and she will do anything for his honour.
Barabar ke hain MIYA BIWI. Moving in same pace, not even there is a slight difference 😛

Ruhi talking non-stop n asking aapka ye khane ka mann hua toh, wo khane ka mann hua toh 😆 *I remember teasing my mum like dis on her fasting days* 😊 n Raman watching all this n smiling

Then told ruhi nt to talk about food in frnt of ishi as she'll feel hungry.. n Ruhi was like mujhe unki tension ho rahi hai *how sweet.. just like her daddy* 😃 donno papa-beti kitna pyaar karte hai Ishita se 😃😛 beti openly bolti hai aur papa openly express karta hai but show nhi hone deta! 😳

I first thot that he is happy dt ishu ne uske lie vrat kiya hai, but wen he told her ki jyada natak karne ki zarurart nhi hai chup-chap kuch kha lena.. ishita was surprised rather shocked listening to his words! N wen he told her ki shagun bhi aisa karti thi toh ishita finally realized how SWEET his Raman is 😃 but ye situations ne usko khadoos bana dia.. n ishu ne bhi shayad decide kiya ki wo iss Ravan ko wapas wahi sweet wala Raman bana ke rahegi! 😃

who filled her life with it. Wow. When you said it started in Amma's house I kind of remembered the fact that she called him sweet that day.
Ishita of yesterday used to do every nice things she ever did for Ruhi's Papa and expected Ruhi's papa to do everything for Ruhi's Ishima. With time, without any of them realising it, their actions started having the other person in mind instead, yet they kept on Ruhi or Adi clauses, until yesterday. Now, Ishita does things for him, his well being, his happiness and somewhere subconsciously in her, she had recognized that it's the same case for Raman. The cv's are amazing this way. The change was so beautifully scripted that just like along with Raman and Ishita even viewers had a hard time catching from where the change began.
Oh Nikki, the way you said about Raman' love, how Ishita taught him to sacrifice, damn it was just too beautiful and wonderfully said.
Raman's change is more in the face than Ishita's. Maybe because he is a man of extremes. From that rude, insensitive guy who was unable to even talk properly to the daughter he loved because of Shagun to today, when he has literally become a smiley face again that he taps his head and grins like a fool at the sight of Ishita's smile.
Ishita has become one of the most important person in his life and he is ready to sacrifice everything, be in pain if it's make Ishu happy because Ishu's smile will simply make his pain go away all over again.
Yesterday, both of them openly admitted to themselves the change they had in themselves and how the other person has become a huge part of their life. Don't I love the cv's for it? To make sure to open the tracks in such a way that both of them said "Sirf Tumhare liye" on the same epi?

there were just 2 dialogues from both where they accepted it but u described it sooo meaningfully ...starting from their relation to where they stand today...and how their past made them a different person and now they both are filling that empty place in each others life...
