Just because Ishita doesn't show her feelings that doesn't mean she doesn't have feelings for Raman. As far as "showing it to Raman" is concerned, Raman himself is to blame. He always gives her mixed signals. Subtle difference of expressions from Ishita's side when Raman proposed (fake) her two times said it all. First time, Ishita was shocked and then became furious that he proposed her. But the second time, when he said he loved her; her facial expression was like she's expecting it for some time. Then he told her they were only made for each other, Ishita slightly nodded her head in acknowledgement with a little unshed tears in her eyes. Both the times her expressions had come out before Raman told her that he faked it. Has anyone noticed or not, Ishita has indeed gone back to her shell after the accident track when it comes to showing any feelings when Raman is around her. Before accident track, it was Ishita who's taking most of the steps to progress their relationship. It was evident from all her actions. She even blurted out to Bala about her love for Raman. But since then reality hit her hard and she was unsure about Raman's feelings. I think she is confused till now as well. Even in the time of court case, we saw insecurities in her. She was then not behaving like Ruhi's Ishima but like Raman's wife. She didn't swallow a bit that her husband still loved Shagun.Hence, we saw a heart to heart conversation between her and Mrs. Iyer. There we saw Raman's wife, not Ruhi's Ishima, longing for her husband's love. So, post accident track, she's not showing any feelings in front of Raman. But as people say, love can't be hidden even if it's abeyant. The way she retorted back to her sister calling Raman short, the way she was shivering when Raman was draping her saree, the way she blushed when her MIL told her that it was his plan to make her busy, the way she was touched every time Raman had taken care of her; they all showed her strong feelings for him. Another example is the Punjabi food. She wanted to learn Punjabi food perfectly to satisfy Ruhi in the first place.But soon the equation has changed and she's trying her heart out to impress Raman in a pretext of a silly challenge. But Ishita is very matured and she knows she can't get rejected as they both have to live under the same roof for the rest of their lives. If he doesn't feel the same way, things will get very awkward and dismantle the status quo. She's waiting for the clear signal from Raman's side. That's why she's just playing safe for the time being.

This is the saddest part. Does Ishita requires Raman s confession for her feelings ? My question.is.why she doesn't behave as wife when she can see.Raman does all things as a husband. Ishita doesn't want to go alone with Raman. She.doesn't want to spend time with him.She feels he is not a gentleman so gutsy eye mask to control pardha.his eyes.

I think Ishita have feelings for Raman. lemme explain how. first she ready to tailoring in room while Raman is there. she also know Raman will wake up sooner or later still she did tailoring. then Raman saw her. she suddenly shocked. now her reaction is embarrassment not anger. remember in their first night how Ishita fought with Raman. that time she expressed her anger but now time only awkwardness not anger. now why awkwardness took place instead of shy. well she knows that till now Raman didn't misbehave with her. he genuinely helped. while saree tucking, applying haldi,etc.. she aware about Raman's interaction. so she felt shy. but first time she saw her husband having physical attraction on her. she don't know how to take this sudden incident without her awareness. so she embarrassed. but I won't agree three isn't shy. because while he got out, her "chee" came as shy with embarrassments. at dinning table also she showed mixed reaction of awkwardness and shy not anger. so it's OK for me about Ishita reactions.

why u guys r forgetten scene where ishita felt jealous that shagun is with Raman n Ruhi when Raman bought dresses for her n she asked to ruhi who has selected this dress for her n
She almost blurt out in front of bala that she has something for Raman at the Amma accident track n when Raman was nolding shagun on his hand she was crying for Raman when she was coming back home with Romi, becoz he lied to her n he was with her

Ishita has always had feelings for Raman. As someone else already pointed out, I feel she is holding herself tight after the accident case. That entire scenario made her sure that Raman was still deeply in love with Shagun. Does anyone else remember her saying to her mother that Raman was a nice man and was capable of a lot of love, but that love was not for Ishita.

I think that there is a lot of pain in her heart. It will take her time to believe that Raman actually loves her. Also, we have to remember that Ishita is not a young teenage girl. She is a mature woman, who has had her childhood lover dump her, had her marriage called off at the last moment and has also been humiliated umpteen number of times publicly.

It will take time to get over such a painful past. The reason she states that Ruhi is the love of her life is , I think, because Ruhi has always loved Ishita unconditionally. She does not have that from anyone else. Also Raman has dissed her so many times that I think Ishita has convinced herself that she stands no chance to be someone special for him at all.

Nevertheless, I hope the statement of his feelings will open the floodgates of her heart and begin a new chapter in both their lives.

Ishita does have feelings for Raman ...but Raman's behavior always gives her mix signals and top of that Raman's past (shagun) mislead her...

I think they are afraid about opponent's reply. because they get married for ruhi sake. that's may they afraid about opponent's decision while they confess their love. obliviously they have disgusting past. they married for ruhi sake. now they both have feelings on each other. but they especially ishita doubts that will opponent accept this marriage is more than ruhi sake by let down their past. that's why they bring ruhi sake in every condition. let's remember in fire accident, photo fiasco how Ishita expressed her feelings. at fire incident she told Raman that he doesn't have to loyal for her as per contract. but she wanted his loyal from her heart. that's why her next line expressed her desire." you (Raman) are asking my trust but you have to earn. ", in photo case her dialogue" why should I expect anything from you while our marriage is just ruhi contact ". but we can how much she got hurt. in Raman side how can we forget his" biwi woh tum meri"dialogues. (note he didn't mention her as ruhi's maa). but they didn't show to each other. so my fingers crossed for how will IshRa break their ruhi barrier and confess their love.

Agree with you. This has been a marriage of opposites and of imperfect people. Both have been hurt beyond measure. The reason that Raman is open to his new feelings is that no one from Ishitas past is threatening his existence. But Ramans ex wife is very much around and making her possessiveness apparent. This makes it more difficult for Ishita to understand any cues given by Raman.

But then this is a difficult relationship that will be made better only with efforts made by both Raman and Ishita together towards each other.

In a way, isn't this the summary of every successful marriage? Keep on working on your relationship at every stage to understand your partner and progress together.
