question about videos posted

Can someone let me know if videos posted throughout the day (on location videos, interviews etc) are eventually filed in a central location?

Or do we need to browse through individual messages to find videos?

due to work and geographic location, we don't access messages until hours later after they are posted...and don't want to miss the videos.

Please let us know.
