Raman was ditching out Ruhi too

what was at back of his mind?

he wanted to show Ishita our relation is no more just for Ruhi ( srif Ruhi ka leya )

he want to move on his life with Ishita

not for the sake of his kids

but for himself

he wants to forget the painful past

& want to start a life over again with understanding , caring & loving wife

Raman ki maya raman hi jane

He wants to alone with her because in past days he hurted her by his action so he wants to rectifies his mistake by action not words just saying sorry. He didn't want family to join because he knew if family or ruhi will join them she will be busy with them and won't give timr e to herself. He want her relax for herself without any tension or responsibly of family. He wants spend some time with ishita his wife and friends their relation gone through roller coaster rides in past days thanks to his wrong decision so want to talk to her alone and want to start fresh start of their relation instead of going back to their usual nok jhok
