So this ss is basically presented on Ishitas past since I think Raman needs to realize that she has suffered in love and lost in love just like he did.</font>
Part 1
Today was the day she dreaded. Today was the day when she was reminded that she was infertile and could never become a real mother. Today was the day when all the harsh words replayed in her mind and she couldn't do nothing about it. Today was the day when Subbu left her. It was this time 7 years ago Subbu had left her heartbroken at her own engagement all because she was infertile. She remembered how he had almost scolded her like a child who had just broken a window when his mother told him about her condition and had embarrassed her in front of all her friends and family saying their marriage would never last without a child and that how could she expect him to love such an incapable women. With all of these horrible memories repaying in her head she couldn't help but cry her heart out. She wasn't crying because she still loved Subbu, no way she could ever love such a man who left her broken, she was crying because she remembered she could never be a mother. At least not a biological mother. She did have Ruhi though, Ruhi was like a ball of sunshine who warmed her heart with every innocent question and every laugh. It was like her heart was lifted when she was with Ruhi and now she was her mother. She smiled at this but then she remembered how she was not her biological mother and how she could never really complete a family and that's what shattered her heart and popped her bubble of happiness and made a whole new wave of tears run down her cheeks

Raman had come back from a tough day at work. He had 3 meetings about the same thing and had forgotten about the papers he had to sign for his new product. It also didn't help that Ishita was invading his thoughts every second either. This women had been in his mind a lot of the time recently, the way her hair cascaded down her back to her waist, the way her smile could brighten up the dullest of days, the way she was beautiful not only on the outside but also the inside and the way she made him realize love again. That's right love. He had been pushing the thought of love aside but he could no longer deny it, he was in love with her. His thoughts were interrupted when he heard a loud sob coming from their room. He opened it quietly and the sight before him tugged his heart. Ishita was on the bed uncontrollably crying and shaking, it looked like she was a broken women and he couldn't have that. He hated seeing her in pain especially now that he had accepted his feelings for her. He apprehensively walked up to where she was sitting and put his hand on her shoulder and sat down next to her. Ishita was startled when he put his hand on her shoulder, she was so lost in her thoughts she didn't hear him come in. She tried to stop her tears but they kept flowing so instead she just avoided his gaze and looked down.
"Ishita?" he questioned with his voice full of concern.
At first there was no answer just her sobs. She was trying to avoid this chat, she hated even talking about it so she didn't know how she could handle this.
"Ishita please tell me what's wrong. What happened? Did something happen to you?" he questioned again now pleading her.
She took a shaky breath and was preparing to answer him, there was no way she could avoid him. Raman sat there waiting for her answer his heart beating at an abnormal rate and his brain tried to find reasons to her tears.
"Raman." she said in almost an inaudible tone but yet Raman heard her.
"Today is.. the day wh..en Su..bbu left me. T..oday is the day when I remember I can't be a m.mother." she managed to say before a new wave of tears fell from her eyes.
Raman watched her break down and did the only thing he could think of. He wrapped his arm around her shoulders and brought her crying face to his chest. At first she was shocked with the gesture but she liked it, she liked how Raman cared for her and so she sobbed into his chest whilst Raman felt anger towards Subbu and pain for Ishita. He slowly rocked her back and fourth like a child telling her he's with her and he will never leave her.
So that was part one. Part 2 will be updated tomorrow. Please leave your feedback.

Part 2
Ishita kept on silently sobbing into Ramans chest for the next 10 minutes. She finally had let out all her pain she had been bottling up for the past 7 years. It was like each tear lifted a weight from her heart and every comforting word Raman whispered into her hair slowly made her feel better. When she finally lifted her head up from his chest her eyes locked with Ramans, his eyes showed anger and pain and her eyes showed hurt and heart break.
"Ishita please no more tears you have to be strong." Raman said as he couldn't stand to see the strongest women he knew break down right in front of him. He watched her as she nodded wiping off the last tear that rolled down her cheek. How he wished he could of brushed her tear off and stop any more from ever falling from her beautiful eyes that usually shined so bright.
"Raman please tell me why God has given me such a barrier in my life. Why did he have to choose me? I never did anything to deserve this. I can never become a mother to anyone. I can never give my amma and mummyji the joy of having another grandchild. I obviously couldn't meet Subbus standards. Do you know he left me at our engagement party. He just left me." She said in a croaky, broken voice. Ramans body had filled with anger. How dare he break his Ishita in a way beyond repair! How dare he leave her at their own engagement broken and shattered! He looked at Ishita she was looking at him with pleading eyes asking him to answer her question.
"Ishita you don't deserve this. You deserve to be able to give birth to a child, every women does. But God gives his toughest battles to the strongest people and you by far are the most strongest women I've ever met. You may not be able to conceive a child but you do have Ruhi or should I say Ruhi has you. The bond you have with her is unique and beautiful and I'm sure you were meant to be her mother not that evil witch Shugun. And don't you ever say that you can't complete a family, everybody needs you Ishita. We are not complete without you, not mum not dad not Romi, not Simmi, not Ruhi and especially not me."
Ishita looked at him with tears of joy, he just said everything she needed to hear at this very moment. She felt a smile curve onto her lips and tears of joy run down her cheeks as her heart felt relived of any weight which was on their before. It felt like she really did belong here. In this home, in this family and most of all with him. Raman looked at her as a smile curved onto her beautiful face. The moonlight coming in from the window radiated her beautiful face as her broad bright smile warmed his heart.
"Thank you." she said wholeheartedly as she held his hand in hers.
He immediately held her hand back as he smiled at her back. They shared an eye lock for a few seconds just appreciating each other; for Raman he was appreciating her strength, how loving and caring she was and the way she made him a better man. Ishita appreciated the care he had towards her, how protective he was of her and the way he could comfort her like nobody else in the world could.
"Ishima, Papa I have decided I want to sleep here today." Ruhi said as she ran into their room and jumped on Raman excitedly. They both smiled at her cuteness, the way she could brighten up any dark day. As Ruhi climbed into the bed they both willingly got in but today was different. They both felt like they wanted to sleep in the same bed together so when Ruhi made them both hold hands so it was like a barrier over her neither of them objected. They were both as broken as each other but two broken pieces always fit together like a puzzle.
So that was the end hoped you enjoyed!!
