I actually felt that ishra were typical husband wife
She told him that she felt bad she asked him if he wanted childern why he agreed to marrry her It was more like asking him for an explanation
And first borns make parents do crazy things its personal experience

Just like the friendship , care, emotional support , respect raman is getting from ishita are all his first times from his wife
And ishita was being very normal she actually is taking adi under her guidance now

I have put the wordy meaning of her sentence. But, it can be inferred that she doesn't want Shagun to have any effect on Raman. Raman should get past over her. He may not love Ishita now. But, for moving ahead in his life, he should reconsider his feelings for Shagun and then removing all chances of Shagun effecting him.
