After deep thoughts, here is my take, sorry if its too long
dnt u dare say to me sorry again for length of post...😡😡😆😆...

I had a belief that Raman might not become as a Aadarsh Pati or SIL like Bala coz till last night episode, it was Bala who always gave opinion (ofcourse, good ones) about Raman to others including Ishu.
But during all these accident drama, if we see, Raman actually has grabbed No.1 Pati-SIL trophy so convincingly and easily without much years of efforts.
Not comparing Raman to Bala or vice versa, but we could see the difference in them reacting to this unexpected event.
Though both are caught between their own problems which is nonetheless to others, but its Raman who took charge of the entire situation including being a moral support and a strong pillar to all the Iyers, putting aside his all other thoughts !
i knew he would bcome good pati n son in law eventually...bt i thought good se perfect will happen post love confession...bt here toh perfect already he came..n yes nw hes in barabar level with Bala on perfect son in law angle..😉😉😉...and am LOVING it..!! n like u said it ws HE(who himself ws shattered-point to be noted)took the charge of situation n ws being such huge support to Iyers esp to his wifey n father in law...👏👏👏

IshRa - While watching them last nite, Raman reminded me an old song 'aavadhum pennaale, manidhan azhivadhum pennaale'...You are smart Nikhi, you will get what I am trying to convey since I dont want to drag Raman's ex here unnecessarily in your beautiful post.

My most fav scene was the telecon between Ishita and Raman...

Raman managing to convey the news to her and then also adding in a line to drive safely was just epic...he proved that behind all that taunting, accusing, mocking attitude of his, lay hidden a caring, concerned, loving, affectionate considerate husband who had nothing but just love for his wife.

Every single attitude, or indifference he showed so far was false pretense or rather a way to keep away from her, or hide his true emotions for her.

But Raman Kumar Bhalla, aaj, toh woh mask uthar hi gaya...uss mask ko keench nikaal ke ek pati baahar aa hi gaya...

soo soo true Vidya..n thts wht i hv also told in my post..yday ws bein EPIC REAL RKB..!! he totally let his subconscious feelings for Ishita come out in full force...👏👏..

The real Raman who is the most loving, caring husband has come out breaking every shackle that held him back. They say that only in times of pain and sorrow can we identify true love, true emotions and also true people who will be with you always...so here is that proof for you dentist saahiba...You can be assured now that Raman will always be there with you, be it happiness, be it pains, be it tears, be it teasing plays or games, he will be there to share all of it with you...

this ws one of the testing periods for ishra's love n hw EPIC ROYALLY their love WON this test..👏👏..n this comin frm a couple whos far yet to evn admit feelings to themselves..nw i cant evn imagine hw they will be post love confession..Truly it will be a NEW LEVEL SET for TRUE LOVE ONSCREEN...👏👏...

A son-in-law getting so emotional for a saas can seem dramatic but then, thats Raman Kumar Bhalla...Not all will do that but Raman would do. thats what makes him our beloved Raman, Ishita's Raman!Beneath the tough nut is a simple man who is prone to all weaknesses and vulnerable situations. He cries, he grieves like any other. he prefers to keep the emotional attachment with the people close to him under wraps but at times like this, it comes out in the open.

OTT?😲😲...WHO FELT LIK THT?tht ws one REAL REAL reaction..nyone who loves his saas lik his own mom WILL REACT lik this..srsly i PITY the ones who said Raman's reactions ws OTT as tht shows hw INSENSITIVE they r to human relations/feelings..🥱...

The scene where Ishita steps into the hospital corridor and she sees Raman. She doesnt know what happened to her mother but the moment she sees him and then takes his support. The way he comforts her and tells her to trust him, main hoon na tera saath. she nods and even when both of them know that anything can happen, they try to get relief from each other's support. It surely tells how deep their relationship has grown now. Though they dont make it evident always in their interactions, the trust factor has grown stronger.

For me love is trust, respect and mutual understanding...and here they are fulfilling all three. They are deeply, madly and sincerely in love with each other...
Vidya..exactly exactly..Raman stood as ROCK for Ishita...n she fully gave herself to him n wanted him to be THE ROCK SUPPORT for her...!! i am still astonished at the sheer beauty and SOUL tht scene..brilliantly written n epic perfectly enacted scene...!!

Anyway coming to the topic, yesterday undoubtedly was one of the best epis of YHM both in terms of direction as well as performances. And again undoubtedly the star of the night was none other than our beloved hero Raman/Karan

Though there are no two ways about the fact that Raman was just the best husband and the best SIL in last night's epi but what amused me more than that was the way he reacted to the entire thing than the way he handled everything.I had always thought had there been a situation where Iyers are in trouble, this man will come to their rescue and protect them just as Bala does. Well he has been like that since day one. If someone who is his near and dear(even if not very close) one is in any problem, he can move mountains for them. Thats typical of him.

But what amused me more was the way he acknowledged 'amma' as hs own mother. The way he cried when he saw her in that pool of blood. Now that, to be precise wasnt just responsibility of a SIL, but the LOVE of a son. 😳 This tells that how amazingly he has accepted Ishu's family as his own. He just doesnt respect them on face like most men but loves them from underneath. This reflects his quality of a ferocious lover. He is not a usual guy who stands or fulfills responsibility as and when needed, rather he indulges, he feels and for him relationship means from the heart. ANd this was pretty well reflected n the wedding ceremonies as well when he was multiple times more indulgent and committed to the ceremonies even as compared to Ishu.

The same was reflected in the way he protected Ishu and handled her during her vulnerable best. He understood all her turmoil, he was literally freaking out when he had to tell the truth to her. And the way he tried to calm her down when she touched the blood on his shirt.Ahh! those expressions...that love. He was in every way the pillar of strength for Ishu which was so beautifully reflected when police came in and who all she could think of was her husband. I particularly loved that one scene, coz itne haq se, itne trust se, itne umeed se you can rely on someone only when you know how with them around, all your troubles will vanish into thin air. 😳 Just like you are tensed about your ailment until you are on your own...the moment you let a doctor takeover, the tension goes away and there's hope that you will be fine. It was the same with Ishu last night.

Not to forget, after all this I so so want Ishu and Shagun confrontation where Shagun tries to bad mouth him and she dons the avtar of a daunting wife and gives her a piece of her mind telling how Raman by his love, his care and his genuineness proved all those stupid allegations Shagun put on his character at the time of wedding so wrong. That will be a moment worth cherishing. When someone who is not Raman's family/blood will make stand for his goodness openly to Shagun. 😃
