anyway this is my take and please bear in mind this is from an audience's POV ... no offence to anyone or anyone's opinion 😊
Can I first just say well done to the entire team of YHM... firstly for taking up a sensitive topic like sexual harassment and portraying it on screen... Kudos to all the actors today who have done so well ... I also loved the BG score played in the epi today esp the one playing when IRB was saying what Pervmeet did with her in fb...not OTT at all 👏👏👏
I don't know where to start so things might come out in random order 😳...I think I will say it character wise
So first upIshita ...God my heart went out to her...if only I could give her a big big hug ... to come and have to recollect and then retell the whole story to all family members requires a whole lot of courage...not only in front of her MIL and nanad but also Romi and her FIL 👏... she was hurt yet she wanted to truth to come and she tried her best to put her matter out there...when she was slapped by Simmi there was look of shock on her face rather than pain ...she pleaded and she begged for her to be trusted ... but what caused the most pain was when RKB asked to check the phone... the woman was shattered... it was as if she had been punched in the stomach ... she expected RKB to believe her and him asking to check the phone just shattered her 😭
RKB... when IRB was saying everything he was listening intently and was shocked and flabbergasted ... as normal person would be hearing something like this to happen in their house with two people he is related to...
when Simmi was yelling at IRB that she is lying ... he told Simmi to shut up ... when Simmi slapped IRB...he shouted at Simmi... he could not stop the slapping as it was sudden... but he didn't like that either and he made sure he told Simmi about it...
After hearing the story ... when he says Ishita agar aisi baat this then how did you land up in jail??.. ab please haath jod ta hoon... mu kholo..... just notice his voice... he is all choked up...
When all are trying to stop PervMeet from leaving the house ... RKB doesn't move an inch... he stays rooted while trying to at least make head and tail of what he has just heard ...
About phone messages...after hearing the message read by Simmi wouldn't any normal person be dumbfounded and may I add hurt ... but he wanted to see for himself ... he is a shrewd and smart businessman and needs proof ... and like a rational person questioned IRB about it ... he heard IRB saying her phone was not with her... heck even he wasn't able to contact her so how could she have sent the messages
But as soon as he saw the messages ... his expressions did change... and the next line of "Kya hai yeh" please please look at his expression but also his tone of voice... it is not accusative... I can't describe it in a word... he is trying to question her ... there should have been anger in his voice right but no there is no anger ... casual toned down fake anger... Oh I don't know how to say it 🤔... but I hope you get what I mean
Maybe he saw the time of message sent and it was when he had also tried to contact IRB but phone was switched off
Right him mentioning about both of them not having any physical relation ... yes it is a private matter between two people and should not have come out in front of the family... but wasn't it obvious from the messages?? Bearing in mind we only heard one message... That phone went to Simmi and Toshiji ... had they had heard all the messages I'm sure this secret would have come out anyhow...
and him asking her ... well he knows she was the one who was insistent that this thing would remain between the two of them so she is not stupid to go and tell Parmeet and esp not write it in a message... and she is not stupid to write messages and carelessly leave behind bread crumb trails ... He did realise and remember how IRB was sounding weird over the phone while he was in Mumbai
Trust... now he does trust her... it is so visible in his voice and expressions until Simmi read that message ...and the phone message did shake him a bit ... which he why is wanted to check for himself...
be it a 3 month or 30 year relationship ... trust to break doesn't take 3 seconds... and him checking the phone message is trying to confirm something that he has in mind... he is not a blindly trust guy at all... no he is a shrewd straight forward businessman who needs to see things in order to believe them .. just like Mihir and MMS matter... there was no proof hence he wasn't ready to blame Mihir... and this is a marriage .. which you cant even call a proper marriage so what was he supposed to do
And not to forget Simmi is his sister .. so he cannot just jump to conclusions either regarding IRB or PervMeet esp now when nothing has been proven
Simmi... her behaviour was justified...she is in love with her husband ... she has a small kid ... it is obvious she wouldn't want to believe IRB ...no wife can hear something like this about her husband ... and esp after reading those messages even that slap was justified... anyone would have done the same...I really liked her line that mu se nilki hui baat wapis nahin aa sakti .. so true... she is afraid for her family and uska gussa jayaz hain
Toshiji ... I don't know.. she doesn't seem to want to use her brains...she wanted it all to stay hidden... was shocked what happened today... she did acknowledge when IRB said PervMeet sent everyone for the movie while he stayed back ... she did stop Simmi in the end who was again getting aggressive with IRB... but when Simmi mentioned IRB hovering around PervMeet she was like yeah that's true...and then her saying no one in this house is like this?? what about your supoot Romi...😕
Romi... he was good today...when Simmi was getting aggressive with IRB he was the one to try and stop this ... he was also shocked and disgusted when IRB was mentioning the things PervMeet done with her ... ofcourse he is not doodh ka dhula either but he does respect his bhabhi
Mr Bhalla... was definitely shocked and disgusted...just look at his reaction towards PervMeet esp when IRB is talking about Pervmeet trying to touch her thighs while driving... and he kept throwing disgusted looks at his SIL too
My only question is .. where is Rinky?? Why isn't she here to witness all this... was this deliberate ??... Would she have said anything in relation to this??? ... I feel as a woman she should have heard what IRB was saying about Pervmeet so she herself can be alert... I don't know 🤔
