Hey people - here's my take on how I imagine things should proceed. Let me know if you'll like it -
So we've already starting glimpses of our romantic Raman - it's not time for a slightly jealous Raman too isn't it? So here's a little bit of that ..
All are home after the evening's party. Ishu can't stop thinking about Raman's speech and grinning to herself while getting her ornaments off. Raman is siting on the bed with his phone.
Ruhi comes into the room and says "Ishima, aaj main yahan aap dono ke saath sone wali hoon" Ishu says "theek hai". Raman looks up at her and gives her that extended blink or a two-eyed wink with a small smile.š
Ishu changes her clothes and they lie down. Ruhi lying in the center holds Raman and Ishu's hands together on her. They all fall asleep. Ruhi wakes up in a bit ..She has to go to the bathroom so she quietly slips out with Raman and Ishu's hand still entwined. Ishu and Raman turn on their sides ...Each puts their hand on the other in sleep - subconsciously thinking it's Ruhi. Ruhi gets back and then goes out and wakes up her dadi, She says "Dadi kya main aap ke saath so jaoon. Ishima or Papa ne sara bed occupy kar liya hai or mere liye space nahi hai." Dadi smiles and says "Haan zarror Ruhi , aap mere paas so jao".
Now, Ishu is in deep sleep and she gets a nightmare about Param - at first it's about him wiping off her sweat and then she dreams that he is closer to her and trying to kiss her - she hugs Raman tightly. Raman nudges her and she wakes up - she is surprised to find herself so close to Raman and says Ruhi kahan hai - Raman goes and looks and finds her sleeping peacefully with Dadi - he tells Ishu so but finds her teary and a bit afraid and tensed. He asks her what happened my Jhansi ki rani? My superwoman is crying?
She says "Woh Paramji" ..He says "Param-ji kya?" She tells him what happened during the day and how she felt very uneasy with his trying to wipe her and his extra concern makes her uncomfortable.
Raman thinks about it and then hugs her from the back and tells her that she is reading too much into his behavior - that all Punjabis hug and show their affection a lot more than madrasis and maybe she's not used to that kind of behavior. Ishu says that this is different but Raman convinces her otherwise and she accepts it thinking maybe she was wrong.
She then heads too the couch to sleep - and Raman tells her that she can sleep on the bed. She agrees and both fall asleep.
The next day Ishita and Ruhi need to go shopping and Raman is unable to drop them but Parmeet more than happily offers and lands up taking them shopping. There again Ishu finds his advances are not with good intentions. But she thinks Raman will not believe her if she says it again too. Param comments to Ishu on how hot she looked during the Baisakhi party and tries holding her hand - somehow Ishita manages to maintain her distance and be done with the shopping...
At school, the interview is fine ...Raman settles the fight between Adi and Shravan and even has Adi apologize to Ishu - things are improving with Raman but Ishu is very troubled with Param's advances..
Fastforward now to where Raman and Ruhi are going shopping for Ishu - Ruhi asks .."Papa, SEXY ka matlab kya hai" Raman is shocked - he says "kisne bola ye shabd aap ko" Ruhi says "pehle aap ye batao ke sexy ka matlab kya hota hai" ..Ruhi, yeh shabd sirf bade log bolte hai ..aap batao mujhe kahan se suna aapne ye ..nahi to hum vapas jayenge abhi" ..
Ruhi says "Theek hai papa. Uss din jab parmeet uncle mujhe or ishima ko shopping le ja rahe the, tab unhone ishima say kaha ki who bohut sexy dikh rahi thi basakhi party me" Raman says "Aisa kaha Param uncle ne" "Haan papa, or unhono Ishima ke shoulder par haath rakh kar kaha - or unhone Ishima ka hair ko kiss bhi kiya" Raman's tone changes and he says"To Ishima ne kya kaha" "Ishima ko bohut gussa aya, unhone mujhe liya or hum fast fast shopping karke aa gaye"
Raman now has that protective (toward Ishu) and irritated (toward p) look on his face. They go ahead and Raman picks up two dresses for Ishu - one medium and one small and they head home. He picks beautiful white lacy dresses - not a sari or salwar.
After reaching home, he and Ruhi give the dresses to Ishu - she argues about size but Raman insists that her size is a M - and as expected it turned out to be right. She looked stunning and Raman was awed too this time. They go out into the living room and everyone appreciates. Param also joins in and says - Arre Ishitaji aap to bohut acchhe lag rahen hain. Raman notices now that Param is staring lustily at Ishu - He know is convinced that he is eyeing Ishita in the wrong way.
Again at the dinner table, he notices that Param can't get his eyes of Ishu ..Raman has that strong protective look on his face - He says are Ishita, jaldi se kha lo, fir tum, main or Ruhi ice cream ke liya jayenge. Ruhi says says "yaaay" Chalo papa, hum neeche gaadi start karenge ..aur Ishima dinner finish karke aa jayegi ...Raman is reluctant to leave her back but he agrees to Ruhi and they go down and wait in the car...Ishita goes into her room to get her purse ...Param seizes the opportunity ..he says he has a tooth ache and wanted to ask Ishita about what medicine to take and he will ask her before she leaves ...so with that excuse he goes into her room ..Ishita turns around to leave and bumps into Param ..he closes the room door behind her ...
He says "ishita- ji, kya lag rahi hain aap aaj" .."jee karta hai ki main ..and he holds her and starts trying to kiss her .."
Raman waiting at the bottom wonders whats taking Ishita so long and tells Ruhi that they'll go up and look ..Ruhi sees mihika and says she'll wait with her ..Raman runs up and there's no one ..he goes into their room and there he finds Ishita trying to fight off Param ..Param hasn't seen ishu yet...Ishu sees Raman and gives one strong push to param and goes hugs raman weeping ..Ishu's dress is ripped in the front exposing her ..Raman immediately covers her with his coat and he drags Param out of the house and throws him out...He beats him up and says never to show his face again .. ..he says he cannot hurt simmi so he will come up with something for her and not call the police - but if he so much as gets within a kilometer of ishita he'll be a dead man.
Raman runs up to Ishu again, he hugs her her tight ..he says he was sorry he didn't listen to her feelings at first..he hugs her harder ...he kisses her cheeks her face ...he is neck deep in love and both are very emotional..things get passionate between them and he says the magic words again - "I love you, Ishita" .This time it's truly from the heart...Ishita also says "I love you, Raman".
Just then Ruhi comes in ...she says ..papa aap Ishi ma ko baad me hug karo ..abhi challo ice cream khane ...and they all smile and leave..
