Ekta though copy n paste her tracks but she gives a new touch in it...this fake pregnancy track was in JA...in that show it was treated in a negative way which jalal suspects jodha's character n also he find the truth out with the help of his 2nd wife that this whole fiasco done by his sister bakshi bano...it deal with a serious allegations

In YHM...it might be treated in a emotional with a little comical way...everyone in the family including raman knows ishu can't conceive
so it either goes

1) raman doubts ishu's character...more taunts...humiliation...tension b/w 2 families...drunk raman...

2) after consulting ishu...he might find out the truth n expose that its all misunderstanding...ishu will be heartbroken n shattered due to her infertility issue...raman might cheer her up n this whole track introduce the emotional bonding b/w Ishra...we might get a emotional hug that raman will give to ishu which ease her pain...this track is build to let raman see ishu's pain which is hidden deep in her heart but she always buries her pain n smile

Coz if it will be practical then may be i suspect it isnt anyone's chaal or something. Its just a mistake from the doctor probably. Then the whole purpose of this track will be to bring out Ishu's pain in front of Raman.And if thats so I would love it more than naything 😳
