I would say no.
shagun is like a trophy wife, at least that's how Ashok sees her, and Raman I would say has become very egoistic and is obsessed in ways to show that his life doesn't revolve around her. I would definitely say he is no longer in love with her but also at the same time he isn't completely over her because he seems to be living in his past and is determined to prove himself better than Ashok in any given opportunity.

But still they probably had some good moments together back in the day and that is why he is hurt.

When one is hurt they may try subconsciously to hurt that person back and Raman possibly cannot control his urge to hurt Shagun, to convince her that he no longer is affected by what she did to him and that is also natural. I understand this desire in Raman but its been six years he needs to start controlling it.

i dont think he still loves shagun. i feel that he just wants to show shagun that the man which she left saying loser has become so successful!!!!
