Her betrayal is haunting him yes but he still has a soft corner ,everything of hers is affecting him that is possible only when you have some feelings can be hate or love if he is not in love ,he would have been indifferent to her.

Raman has totally thrown Shagun out of his life but the hatred is alive... He went there to see Ruhi... He wanted to show off how his life got settled but she's yet to get married to Ashok... If there's any feeling in Raman's mind for her, it is hatred and nothing else... He's moving on... Just that it is taking time for him to believe in someone again...

As he's shown he has not forgotten her completely and it is impossible as he has two children with her. directly or indirectly Shagun does come in his mind when something happened may be he needs more time.

totally for Raman not sure but Yes Shagun has no importance for him she only wants to marry and settle down with Ashok. It is the latter who makes way to bring Raman in their life's.
