I think Raj will admit his love when lata is seriously ill or some sort of accident and is in hospital. That is the only way I can envisage Raj declaring his love. Can't think of any other way where he will admit.

Well , obviously Raj loves lata but do not say it. Lata also knows that Raj loves her. His xpression of love is different from others.Right??
