I am totally confused what will happen in ymggk?

1. I think the wedding will take place and karan will stop the wedding

2. I think doctor gonna stop the wedding, but will family believe her

But on the other side I am confused after watching todays episode
Why did ranchod go to Mumbai , because he doesn't even know what shaili was up to
Will ranchod will be the one who will the truth put first or shaili
I think sending ranchod to Mumbai is a clue to reunite abharan together

3.I think abha will marry with karan not ranchod because if ranchod finds the truth out first than ranchod will tell karan to marry abha
