1 - Yes

2 - Yes as long as the characters are original. For example - you can give reference to any movie star but the characters referring them should be original.

Is it ok if a one shot is about sensitive issues of the society? I mean it actually will not have anything happening in it and will cover other themes too.

And yes, of course. The purpose of this to bring out all the genres and different types of writing. We normally tend to stick to romance and while I love romance, other topics are just as important.

Can we name our story? And can it be on certain era ?
