Hey Guys,

I know everyone is speculating about Sid and Siyali's relationship.

This is what I feel, Sid and Uttaraksh are twins. In the flashback, both looked about the same age. Also, both look similar. Both have fear of heights.

Siyali could be seen wearing that Om bracelet in the flashback. And her connection with Uttaraksh. And the way she explained the importance of this bracelet clearly suggests she is family too.

Urmila is Anvesha's daughter-in-law. And hence Sid and UT are her grandsons from their father's side. Siyali could be Anvesha's granddaughter from her mother's side, i.e.Sid's father and Siyali's mother are siblings.

Now, the mystery of the surname. Siyali mentions that he name is Siyali Rajput. If she is Anvesha's daughter's daughter then her surname could not have been Rajput. It could be that her parents died when she was baby and was raised in Rajput household. Siyali being so young, could not have known that she does not have the same surname.

Urmila would have left those two children due to poverty or something, because raising one child is more easier than raising three.

Okay guys... I know many have already written about this. But want to hear from you. Since I am new, I do not know if this theory was proposed already or not... If yes, I really want to meet that like minded person.😃

yes u r right but if utkarsh and sid r twins then siyali also sid sis. then cv showing to us sid and siyali pair. wht cv showing us i didn't understand. i m very much confused.

No, Siyali is Sid's cousin as per me. i.e. Siyali's mother and Sid's father are siblings.

And as per Hindu marriage act, the relationship between Siyali and Sid then is completely fine. 😊

Still our society & law doesn't permit relationship between first cousin too. So I don't want sid & siyali to be cousin. Rather I think Siyali was an adopted child of Rajput family or may be someone else's daughter who was being reared up with Rajput brothers who Urmila knew can take care of little utkarsh. So she abandoned her one child with Siyali.

Hey firefly,

This is completely legal in India as per Hindu Marriage act. And also as per the Hindu religion. Yes, it is not good to marry blood relatives, scientifically.

If the Bride's Mother and Groom's Father are siblings or vice versa, it is completely legal. such marriages have happened in my own relatives and friends. Of course, such marriages are not common now a days.

But, the marriage is not allowed if the girl's and boy's mothers or fathers are siblings.

I hope I cleared your doubts.

BTW, I have no problem if siyali is someone else's daighter.. 😃

Okay I realy didn't know that its acceptable legaly. Thanks for telling. 😊

But still it's not cool if two cousins get into a romantic relationship. It's not good if two blood relatives get married according to medical science.

Even though it is legal, I agree with you. Blood relatives should not marry. Now-a-days such marriages are becoming rare and that is a good sign.

Technically they are be siblings if either their mothers are sisters or if the fathers are brothers. If one sibling is male and the other female, their children are not automatically siblings. I think this has something to do with different 'Gotra' I guess. All this is religious funda anyway, something which I do not know much about.
