Krissan and Siyali might indeed be sisters. Because Sid said that Krissan's dad and his mom are friends for a long time. Maybe Urmila took Siyali with her from her dad by making an excuse to take the kids out. Urmilla might have been poor so she can only support one child so she abandoned Utkarsh along with Siyali so she can take care of him.
