... is that there's always some misunderstanding between them and their female leads. It happens in every single show ever and although Waaris is a little different, I guess we can't expect anything else from an Indian serial.

Misunderstandings are no excuse for the kind of things Raj is doing to Preet though. Abandoning her at the temple after marrying her is despicable but it's nothing new. These TV wives always end up forgiving their husbands in the end. Inviting men to harass his wife though? I don't think I've seen anything this disgusting in any other serial. Please do tell me if you have.

All male leads are absolutely terrible to female leads. I've seen an ML kidnapping the FL's little brother and threatening to kill him if she doesn't marry him. This was while they both had strong feelings for each other. Ridiculous. What happened after the marriage? Well, the misunderstanding was cleared and now, about six months later, the two are still madly in love -- even more so than before - and enjoying marital bliss.

I've seen an ML who, like Raj, married his (mother's) enemy and then abandoned her to get revenge. What happened here? Well, the FL started being very nice to the ML to the point that she became his confidant. Then the ML got shot and the FL nursed him back to health and vice versa. During these healing phases, especially the latter, the ML fell for the FL for real whereas the FL started loving the ML again. ML's mother, the same person he betrayed his wife for, fixed his marriage with his ex girlfriend but he ended up marrying the FL again instead of his bride. By doing this, he finally turned against his evil mother.

My point is that something similar will happen to Raj and Preet. I don't know how to feel about that, though, especially with the girlfriend track on the way. I'm absolutely sure Raj's marriage is going to be fixed with this new girl and that, sadly, Preet will eventually shatter because she'll believe that Raj never loved her, and end up losing her fighting spirit.

I think that would be why its absolutely necessary for Preet to have Rohan on her side, no offense to Amrit who kinda is a weak female character in comparison to Manpreet. If Rohan supports Manu we won't see the whole one sided jealousy and stupidity that they sometimes subject female leads to...

In almost every indian serial...they always love to show female lead as a damsel in distress.🥱 they love this way to earn sympathy which causes to increase their so called TRP.🥱

hope waaris will be proove its uniqueness😳🤔

To be honest this show is indeed turning like the other shows. The main theme of this show seems to have lost as I think becoming Shah is no longer seems important. Not that it would be any meaningful but you get the idea. There will be more misunderstanding as a new female character is coming in.

Let's wait and see. Preet told Amba she would dominate Raj and then make Amba the Shah of the whole pind. Maybe it will just take a while...

The girlfriend is going to get in the way of Preet's revenge mission which is to make Raj madly in love with her. You'll know this show is really going off track if the pregnant clich track comes in.

worst would be if the new gf imposter gets pregnant from Nihaal and she holds Raj responsible for it! Everyone will believe her afterall Raj will be going all out to prove his love for her!

Let's just hope we never have to see this track. This track has been done to death. The type where ML gets drunk and then gets tricked into believing that he spent a night with the evil girl. Then the FL cries at this huge betrayal but stupid ML has nothing to say to her.

I've actually seen a show where the ML was drunk and slept with the FL but the evil girl tricked him into thinking he slept with her. Then the evil girl found out FL was pregnant (before FL even found out) and pretended to be pregnant. Poor FL ended up having to tell everyone that her child was someone else's. Then ML cried at his bad luck of impregnating a woman he didn't love whereas the one he did love, his wife, was pregnant by someone else. Never seen a more complicated preggo track.

I never want to see any pregnancy in Waaris because they're always riddled with misunderstandings and Waaris has one very big and stupid misunderstanding already.

I really hope that doesn't happen. but Preet is a bit different than other FL. Hope they don't make preet lose her self confidence or weak . Want a strong preet.

All FLs have attitude at the beginning but become weak after getting married. They always cry after their husbands do something stupid and insensitive.

Now, Preet is different because she's still strong even after being betrayed by Raj. However, one of the reasons that she is so bold and confident around Raj is because she believes that he still loves her; she's not insecure.

Whether she remains strong or not partially depends upon how she's going to react to this new entry. Let's not forget that Preet is a girl in love; Raj sidling up to a random girl right in front of her is definitely going to affect her, even if she believes he still loves her.

Honestly speaking, I don't know if she'll fall for Raj's tricks. I mean, he even admitted to her (when they were talking after doing puja together) that he did love her at one point before he found out she was Manu. Now how is he going to say that he never loved her and that he loved his girlfriend all along when he already admitted to loving Preet? The only way he can get out of that is by saying he was lying during that puja scene. But then Preet could ask herself why he would 'lie' when he had no motive.

Looking forward to how this girlfriend thing will play out. I hope Preet remains strong and that she doesn't believe Raj. After all, she's got to get her revenge by making him dance to her tunes. This girl will be a hurdle in her revenge plan.
