* Sinha and Virendra discuss how to coup the Dhirendra empire. They decide to use Vedant as the scapegoat and get into Dhir's business gradually. Then throw the family out of the house and destroy the house and take away the business. If Vasudha comes back then, then she would find only a broken house but then it would be too late!! Sinha also proposes to kill Dhir but Virendra objects to it saying that Dhir is his brother. But Sinha reminds him of the betrayal rendered by Dhir on Virendra and Sinha and Virendra reluctantly agrees.
* Virendra and Vedant along with the textile manager in Dhir's firm discuss the current deteriorating situation and decide to look for financers!!! Vedika hears the whole conversation. Virendra tells Vedant to trust him and leaves. Vedika warns Vedant not to trust Virendra but Vedant shoos her off saying that he is just helping and Vedika need not worry as he is there to handle things!!! Vedika is left worried!! (I wonder where is Sushant now?)
* Vasudha is going through the accounts when she realises that money has been invested on blankets and inspite of that the woman in the ashram has been managing in the old one and getting freezed!! She questions a woman in the ashram about this when she comes to now that the accounts are fiddled with and the money goes elsewhere!! She decides to meddle!!
* Vikram gets the lab report and realises that the bullet fired on Dhir was from a .45 mm pistol (I missed this scene, so, If someoen can update)
* Vasudha gets a new blanket for the old lady when a senior woman from ashram comes there and asks Vasudha what she's doing. Vasudha confronts her about the accounts and tells her that she will report this to trustee and then she would see how things are not sorted!!! She asks the woman about the trustee, Mr. Bharadwaj's whereabouts, the woman tells Vasudha that he is in New York. Vasudha decides to wait for him!!
* Sinha and Virendra and drinking together when Sinha tells Virendra that since Vedant needs money from the market, they would find him a financer and Vedant will not be able to refuse as Virendra would take the Financer to Vedant. Virendra agrees and leaves. Sinha has an evil look and says that he will fulfill his promise to dhir and destroy him because Dhir betrayed him!!!

Preview : Vasudha barges into trustee's office and demands to see him when the senior woman from ashram tells her that she cannot as he is in new york. Vasudha gets annoyed and accuses the woman of lying and tells her that she knows he is not in New York but here!!
Suddenly Vasudha hears a man telling her from behind that he is trustee!! Vasudha turns around and is shocked to see the man and says "Aditya, you"....
