vasudha’s character

vasudha is the most imp character in one of the best serial and the story revolves around her.
so lets analyse the character according to our own views even if we dont agree with each other.

her character from the very first episode has been portrayed as a daughter who simply worships her father. she blindly believes in him and his words r law to her.
such a person has another person in her life and that is sushant whom she loves very much.
she is no doubt the best daughter, but after watching the serial i think as someone's lover and friend.... she has failed in some ways.

let me put my reasons here.
for this i hv to first put forward a dialogue by vasu in the episode where sushant returned from kanpur and met her in the office in his cabin.
she asked him whether he believes in her as much as she does in him or even if he wants to believe in her. i agree at that time he was hiding some facts from her and she was unaware of it.
but i think she did not have the right to ask that question in the first place. from the very beginning sushant had warned vasu that DRS hates him and will never accept their relationship, but vasu never believed him.
many times DRS humiliated sushant in front of vasu like in the 2nd episode. sushant wanted to talk with DRS on personal matter and DRS ignored him saying if he wanted to raise his salary and then walked away.
then on the day of engagement, when sushant touched the feet of DRS, he did not bless sushant. all these can be overlooked by any other person but vasu's character has been portrayed as intelligent, strong and independent. she cant be so dumb that she wont understand that her father hates sushant.
she always tried to convince sushant that her father has no prob with him ignoring the warnings of sushant.
all these have proved that vasu never believed in sushant. when she herself doesnt hv faith in her lover then how can she ask whether he believes in her or not.

ok, so she did not believe that DRS hated sushant. considering this fact.........i was totally amazed in the episode where she returned her ring to sushant.
she told him on his face (several times she said this) that she went against her father's wishes to get engaged with sushant and so she has been punished.
how can she say that when she herself has always maintained that her father had no problem with their relationship.
she claims that she believes in him totally...but she is the first person who loses faith in him and breaks the 6 year long relationship.
and this was not the first time. several times she tries to break the relationship as if sushant is an use and throw commodity.
when uttara humiliated her and threatened to go back to kanpur... vasu was on the verge of ending the relationship.
but sushant the next day went to her to apologise to her with a ring.

another time she threatened to break the relationship which i mentioned in the beginning. sushant went off to kanpur not telling her which i agree was not the rite thing to do.
he cud at least hv called her up from kanpur to let her know that he is safe.
there also sushant himself went up to vasu with a rose to mend the relationship. there he admitted his fault and even said that he cant see vasu saying sorry to anyone including himself.

he who himself is such a proud and strong character never hesitates to say sorry.

another time also it was vasu who misunderstood sushant and that was when vedant was arrested and sushant went out of his way to save him. vasu did not even try to understand why sushant wanted to publish the news. there also when everything went ok, vasu did not call up to say sorry. vedant had to come in between to make them come together in the coffee shop.

i am mentioning all these points coz i think vasu never cud understand sushant the person he is. his honesty has been overlooked by vasu

sushant had all the reasons to leave vasu.....day in and day out he was humiliated by DRS (both in the presence and absence of vasu). everytime he had to say sorry to vasu even if the fault was his or not.
but sushant overlooked all these only because he loves her so much that he cant imagine a life without her.

after all these if sushant got angry (and that was the first time he got angry with vasu) in the last episode.......i dont find anything wrong in it.
sushant has always handled this relationship with utmost care.

she looks like a real person with goodness and with flaws too 😳
but on sushant front i don't understand her behaviour 😕
she is shown to be completely in love with sushant
but does not beleive in him 😕
