Kumar is caught by the police.
Anoushka goes to visit Gargi at the hostel. Gargi is surprised to see her, and asks Anoushka if she has come there to stay at the hostel. Anoushka tells her to let go of her anger and talk. Gargi tells her that they have different values as when she herself left her in-laws house she come to stay in the hostel, but when Anoushka left her in-laws house she went to stay with Kunal. Anoushka tells Gargi that she can think whatever she want about her, but not to think wrong about Kunal. Gargi tells her she is no one to discuss her husband. Anoushka tells Gargi that she does not understand Kunal worth. Gargi tells Anoushka that you understand his worth the way you want as I am soon going to divorce him and Gargi leaves. Anoushka thinks that Gargi does not deserve a person like Kunal.
Kunal comes home, sees Kailash sitting in the dark, asks Kailash what worrying him, Kailash says he is worried about Raman. Kunal tells him that this is all Rishab's doing and things are going to get worse when Rishab gets better.
Kunal gives Kailash some papers asking him to send it to Raman as these will prove that getting the factories sealed was Rishab's doing, Kailash agrees to send them to Raman.
Gargi is sleeping, she realizes that Shahina is missing. Shahina is in the lobby of the hostel and calls Kunal and tells him she is coming home and tells him to show her the way. Kunal tells her she is doing wrong and to go back to Mummy and he would come see her tomorrow morning. Gargi comes down and finds Shahina just outside the hostel. She takes the phone from Shahinas hand and slaps her, Kunal hears the slap on the phone.
Kunal gets angry and reaches the hostel, the guard tries to stop him from entering the hostel but Kunal pushes the guard away and goes to Gargi's room. Shahina is happy to see Kunal. Kunal picks up Shahina and tells Gargi that he will not let her (Gargi's) attitude affect his daughter, and leaves with Shahina.
Rahul goes to the house where Kumar was staying, and tells the servant that he would like to rent out the place for the night. Rahul then tries to question the servant (Shambu) regarding Kumar, and finds out that Kumar had gone to Mumbai for a couple of days and was worried about something. Rahul spots a notepad with a number on it near the phone, he sends Shambu away to get a glass of water for him, and dials the number on the notepad. It is Juhi's voice mail. Rahul is very surprised.
Kumar is in jail. Priyanka is there to find out about the status of investigation. The police bring the bell boy from the resort to identify Kumar and he identifies him as the same person staying in room 505 and having a tiff with Rishab. Police tell Priyanka that they are waiting for the fingerprint report of the guy. Once his fingerprints matches those found on the gun, they will make Kumar confess to the crime.
Priyanka tells the police that Kumar is involved in a second crime as well which concerns Juhi, on mention of Juhi's name Kumar drops that glass he has in his hand, the police officer leaves to get someone to cleanup. Kumar tells Priyanka that she was about to say Juhi Lamba, why does she want to involve Juhi in this. Priyanka tells him he should not harm Juhi. Kumar tells her that because Juhi should not be harmed she should keep sssshhhh.
