Kunal holds the gun pointing to the police officers head, then on his finger tips turns the gun around and gives it back to him, tells them that he is going and if they want to shoot him in the back they can and leaves, Rahul follows him and offers to go with him, Kunal tells him to stay away from the hospital. The Police arrive in a jeep and tell Kunal that they are taking him to the hospital under police custody.
Rahul calls Priyanka and informs her that Kunal is coming to see his dad under police custody, he asks about Kailash's condition. Priyanka tells him its not good, just waiting to see his son Kunal, she tells him your brother has stooped very low, on one hand he has gotten my brother arrested and on the other my father is dying. She tells Rahul that maybe we were very childish in thinking that we can build a bridge between the 2 families. Rahul tells her that he is coming to talk to her, she says if my brother has asked you not to come then don't come, and if something happens then don't keep to much hope either.
Kunal arrives in the hospital along with police officers, Gargi sees him and runs upto him, he hugs and consoles her and walks towards his dad's room, Priyanka is there near the door, but does not even want to look towards her. He goes inside and sits next to his father's bed.
Kailash opens his eyes and tells him you have come, Kailash then asks him to call the Lamba house and tell Raman that I want to see him, tell Raman to come to the hospital to see me. Kunal asks him why he wants to see Raman, Kailash tells him that you have never questioned me before, and now there is no time and you are asking questions, just ask Raman to come see me.
Celebrations and Fire Crackers going on at the Lamba house and Rishab is very happy that he has been successful in his plan. Rahul comes home and goes to Rishab and tells him that do not celebrate so much that your bad deeds are exposed, Rahul tells Rishab that he used the occasion of Shagun to send the briefcase of 50 lacs to Kunal's house and have him arrested. Rishab tells him that Kunal had himself asked for the money and that he has proof of that. Rahul does not believe Rishab, Raman comes and joins them and tells Rahul not to let his love influence his business, let love stay in the heart and not affect the head.
Rishab brings Rahul to the study and shows him the recording (which they had done in last episode), it shows that Kunal is asking for 50 lacs to let go of the Chembur factory and then the guy shaking hands with Kunal. Rahul is surprised to see this.
Raman is in his room alone, all curtains drawn. Meera comes and tells him that why is he not enjoying the celebrations, that he should be happy that Kailash is in the hospital dying.
Priyanka calls Lamba house, Raman picks up, she tells him that he must have heard that bauji has suffered a serious heart attack, and that he wants to see you, Raman refuses to go see Kailash. Meera tells Raman what type of an enemy is Kailash that you cannot see him dying.
Kunal comes to Priyanka and asks her if she called the Lamba house and asked Raman Lamba to come to the hospital, she says yes, she is ready to fulfill all the wishes of Bauji.
Kunal accuses Rahul as well with Rishab for whatever has happened, Priyanka defends Rahul saying that he had nothing to do and she trusts him completely. Kunal tells her that now you have also become a Lamba and you side with them and trust them.
Rahul comes to the hospital, Kunal sees him entering the corridor and tells Priyanka that he has come again with another plan, Priyanka goes upto Rahul and asks him to leave, he says he wants to talk to her, and asks her to go with him someplace they could talk. Kunal keeps looking at the both of them.
