Kunal brings Priyanka home, Rahul is also with them. Gargi welcomes the couple in the house. The suspicious looking guy carries some things inside the house, looks around to check that nobody is watching him, opens a package, takes out a briefcase and puts it next to a sofa, and leaves.
Gargi serves the couple with refreshments, Kunal is standing near the window, aloof, he receives a call from Rishab, Rishab tells him I have fulfilled your demands, just then there is a noise of sirens and the police arrive, they have a search warrant and want to search the house, Kunal lets them do the search. They search the whole house but do not find anything. Just then Kunal spots the briefcase, he goes picks it up and is about to open it when the police officer takes it from his hand, opens it and there is money in it.
Rahul, Priyanka, Gargi and Kunal all of them are surprised, they look on in disbelief, the police arrest Kunal for taking bribe of 50 lacs.
Rahul tells the officers that all this came from his house and he is the one responsible, the officer does not listen to him, Kunal blames the Lamba family for whatever is happenning and looks at Rahul with hatred in his eyes.
Shahina (Kunal daughter) goes to Kailash and brings him to the window where they see the police taking Kunal away, everyone is feeling sad.
Ronnie is waiting in his car a little away and see Kunal being taken away in the police car, he calls up Rishab to give him the information. Rishab is happy. He goes to Rahuls and Priyanka room and says that today their bedroom will look like Rajasthan ka Registan.
Rahul console Priyanka and tells her he will help Kunal and asks her to get ready to go to the police station, they walk towards the house, Kailash comes to the door, Rahul tells him not to worry and he will free Kunal, Kailash closes the door on both of them. Priyanka tries to go in, Rahul stops her telling her that now we will go in after we bring back Kunal.
Kailash goes to his room, is about to sit on the chair and he suffer a heart attack, Gargi sees this and calls Priyanka and Rahul into the house.
Kunal arrives at the police station, Kailash is taken to the hospital.
Raman Lamba is sitting and reading a book, when he also shows signs of suffering a heart attack.
