Heyy i need help with sony vegas pro 10. I have VLC media files which i cannot import on to sony vegas, is there any other way of doing it? or does anyone know how i can somehow convert those files?

yes u cant import VLC format videos, download any video converter and change its format> MP4
then it should work 😳

Thanks 😊 i installed WinX converter which will do this and then when i opened it up i had tried adding vlc files on to it but its weird because the vlc files doesn't show up so i can't select them and convert 😕

hmmm then download Windows Live Movie maker 2011.Using WLMM 2011 YOU can trim ur video plus it would help you to save that video as WMW not as VLC and then it should be imported (easily) on Sony Vegas.
Windows Live movie maker>save film > for computer

Heyy thanks i tried this but unfortunately it didn't work, i think WLMM doesn't support FLV files
