Yuvika can't be blamed legally for abetment of suicide because she was not abetting just revealed Shobhna's crimes.

Yes, atleast Dhanraj-Gargi never pretend to be this perfect rightous couple, they know about each other's good and bad deeds and that is so much better than Prem not telling such a big thing about his life to Bhoomi. He didn't even tell her he was not Shobhana's kid let alone the scandal truth. And that hospital thing was the worst thing he could have done to Bhoomi. Letting her live in guilt that she was somehow responsible for getting her husband killed by calling the Mahajans and also for what is about to happen to her kids now
