Well, i think after the Vaidehi's accident, she might have plastic surgery and her face would be changed. She might come back as strong , powerful woman to destroy this Aryan and his dad😡

😆 no, i dont think her face will change...she will escape only to find akash...who will help her, find out the truth in the way...they'll both try to get aryan in jail...thats my prediction....maybe, just maybe neel isnt dead and will return....otherwise akash is there and him and vaidehi might fall in love 😳

she wont get plastic surgery .... and i think the person who will save her ...it will be neel....and i guess it is neel but he doesnt remember anything probably .....probably memory lost...but i dont think that vaidehi will fall in love with akash 🤢

Since she is the protoganist I think there wouldnt be any plastic surgery.
She considers herself as Neel's wife.i doubt if she will see Akash in any other way.
