The girl named medha is apparently prithvis doctor n prithvi is in the last stage of cancer
Varun comes to know abt it n feels very bad but before he could convey the message to sanju,
Sanju recieves a text that Prithvi is dying of cancer n varun knew abt it n all

So sanju apparently gets sad that she should hav trusted prithvi, aga trust kiya hota toh abi woh uske saath hoti

n she gets angry onherself for trusting varunn
