are not on the shining side
it is struggling between 1-1.2 ...

The channel itself is doing well so that also plays a crucial role in low trps...

Also the concept is dark that audience may not be able to connect to it

also I feel except PaRud none of the characters have been able to make an emotional attachment with the viewers...

Eg: in Uttaran
Jogi, Nani, Damini are known to trp audiences and have a connectivity factor
but mohini is not that popular like Nani
