If i'm not wrong , pushkar mortgaged jogis house for an amt of 50 lakhs or something. That means jogis is indebted to that much amt. Here damini buys the house for 21 crores. Lets assume that 50 lakhs debt together with interest becomes 1 crore.Then what abt the remaining 20 crores. who gets it? I think jogi should get it. then why cant he give it back to damini?

how khosla becomes the ownerof the entire amt. If u morgage a property to a bank, on deafault bank will sell it n collect the dues n charges n the remaining sum will be given to the martgagor . Same applies here too.

It was such a nonsense. Kanha could have helped out By giving 50lacs or a few crores instead of 21cr and getting thrown out.

u are right.whenever something is mortgaged and sold to clear the debt,only the debt amount with interest goes to the creditor.rest goes back to the owner of property.

khel thodi na hain.50 lakh do aur 21 crore waapas lo.everything goes according to system and this is the law in India.mortagage propert ke paise nahi dene se khosla ko property nahi milti property ko bechne ka hak milta hain jo ki court karwata hain na ki khosla aur khosle ke ghosle mein sirf uske hak ke pise jaayenge.

But ur not allowed to ask any questions on this show.just watch the drama and wait for the next drama.dont add logic.They will sue u😆

ghar uska nahi hain.ghar jogi ka hain.mortgage ka matlab hota hain ki use use ghar ko paise nahi milne par sale karne ka hak mil jaayega aur sale wo nahi kar sakta.court se aadmi aata hain aur sale ke baad use uske hisse ke paise hi milenge na ki pura khajana
