Does Veer remember the name " Ichcha"? I thought he failed to recognize her at the hospital. If Mai had said " Veer's pehli patni is in jail" I understand Veers reaction. But she mentioned "Ichcha". So does Veer remember Ichcha at all?

No. Even before reading the notes he knew her name. In the first episode when new veer was introduced, he was telling like kitne saal beet gaye iccha.

Those notes by Iccha are not written now. He's preserved them since 18 yrs. Its just that theyr showing it now. He must be seeing them for years.😛
