why not just give avinash the property?

The only reason why avinash wants kanha is because of the property.

I dont think that legal guardian can do any transaction like that. only when kanha becomes major it is possible.

I think veers love for his own kid which he might have buried deep inside his heart for his dearest wife has surfaced on hearing abt yuvraj. and when avinash has threatened him that his next bullet will be aimed at yuvraj veer is completely lost. He doesnt want to lose his son at any cost. He is behaving in such a way because of his anger .somehow he will do something to save kanha too.

I agree too. Veer fears for his son's life and is upset and not thinking rationally. Hopefully Avinash will be killed when Rathore and the Inspector do something to save both the kids.

Legally the guardian cannot give away any property or even a part of it to anyone. Kanha is just a kid now and he has to be at his legal age to give away any. Basically avinash wants to kill kanha so he will have a clear way. even if the property is given away now, after attaining legal age kanha can get it back with a simple court case.

It's kanha's property not iccha's to give away!
