Veer clearly told Daddaji that he loved Ichcha and married her because he wanted to give a 'Name' to their relationship...He honourably married her and gave her the status of being his wife...That dialogue was a very good and powerful one because it indirectly was a slap on the face of Daddaji, who had a mistress and a son too through her..So Daddaji had no moral stand to sit on his high horse and criticise and not accept Veecha marriage..Eventhough they were dewar and bhabhi, they married only after Vansh's death and their's is a special case as they were originally betrothed to each other....
