I have seen these kind of fake pregnancy tracks in many serials, infact in one the doctor even showed the ultrasound with the baby and all and later after 2-3 months it was revealed that during ultrasound some other woman who was really pregnant was switched.
anything can happen and tracks usually last for 2-3 months.
Sometimes they even bring someone else's kid home after delivery. 😆😆

I dont think tht witch is pregnant with Veer's child...thts my final thoughts on this thing....If it wud b real..they wud have shown Ichcha Vansh conusumation and Ichhca pregnant too..thts sounds very crude..but thts the truth if Taps is truly preg with Veers child then I assume Ichcha will b pregnant with Vansh's child and give birth a beautiful boy..who going 2 the heir to the vast ???? Bundela empire..😃😳😉🤣

It could be Raghu's wherein they show later that raghu and she indeed did something, this could be the re-entry of raghu into the story and also explain why she does not realize she is pregnant even after 4 months in real time since that episode. For Raghu, it will be two months only.

This is if she is really pregnant but why is Nani revealing that she is pregnant? Cvs can show she faints, doctor comes and reveal the pregnancy and Boom.
