Didn't we c -ve articles abt other actors like Rashmi/Rohit/Nandish as well in near past ? so I think it's all speculation at this point and time.
May be Tina wanted to make Ichcha's character better or may be CVs have some other issues we don't really know d real story. I saw similar stories being circulated by Cinevista (Producers of DMG) when Shilpa Anand was replaced but they turned out to be untrue later

Nandish did not like Rohit, so he was bumped off.

Rashmi does not like Tina, most importantly if the future track concerns Veer-Ichcha's marraige she I guess wont like Nandish performing scenes with Tina.
So now Tina is replaced because Ichcha cant be bumped off. 😆

And Srkji's problem is not devar-bhabhi or Veerich, its Nadish with Tina. So with new girl devar-bhabhi is alright. 😆
