But you one thing i want to always say that i LIKED Uttaran because it was realistic in starting..But it is becoming worst than Ekta shows.......

Well, guys, in all honesty, think about it this way. Its the year 2010, and the Indian Viewers have stayed the SAME in what they like to see on TV. Meaning, shows that do try to give a VERY different flavor, like say Rishta.com or Powder are not taken very well. We like to watch this kind of stuff. CV's run out of ideas...so they decide to make a bhaji type of serial...with aspects of everything that has made itself a hit. LoL

Well, for me, I think I have seen so many serials that teeter on the same story line, but just have a little bit of something different. I actually started watching this show during the wedding, and I actually like Vansh, and I am rooting for them. About the rape issue, no, I have noticed that all the shows on Colours have SOME CLASS, that they try to stay away from such things unless the story line calls for it.

so if vansh rapes ichcha and then taps kills vansh and ischcha becomes pregnant and veer marries her...then yeah this is so being copied!

You said Colors shows have class.......i agree Bairi Piya is 3rd Class.....
& in Balika Vadhu Basant raped gehna in first wedding night..& it was needed to show i agree

Key word...SOME......there is a way to go about those types of story lines, and Ekta just never did it well. I don't watch Bari Piya, or Balika Vadhu...so I wouldn't know. Bairi Piya is an Ekta show...so nothing to surprising. and when another show is about something as controversial as child weddings, then marital rape seems apt enough.

Balika Vadhu is a great show , But Bairi Piya is the worst show on TV.. A show on lust ha ha .It is hightime Color should end this crap

We should not always blame Ekta there are so many great shows on TV..people hardly see them..She is bringing what people like to see or most of the people....Take "Kashi" you all can spend time on crap like but can not see this Kashi show in Imagine...cause it is real..but when it will be crap like uttaran now ...You all will love the show then
